TTTE - Rosie

May 8 2018 Update: Watermarked it after too many users were using my artwork and editing it.

It's my mom's birthday, so I decided to draw this character.

This is Rosie from "Thomas & Friends". She first appeared in Season 10 and appeared since then.

Now before you say anything. Yes, it is kinda creepy that she was following Thomas in her first episode. But I think the idea is that she's suppose to be a tag-along sister to him.

In the show, she is voiced by Jules de Jongh and Teresa Gallagher.
