Mr. Uppity

I decided to do another character from the Classic Mr. Men and it's Mr. Uppity.

This is what he might look like if they put him in the show. He'll have the same body shape and color, though a tiny bit darker. His top hat has a red line, and a green umbrella pops out whenever it rains. He will also have a cane.

I used the umbrella idea from the episode "Bad Weather".

I will use this design until they show his design in the show.
