How Mr. Chatterbox would be like in the show

So I decided on how to make Mr. Chatterbox different from her sister.

The problem is that Miss Chatterbox talks fast, so since I see his brother somewhat older, he doesn't speak as fast, but still talks a lot.

I also decided to make him somewhat an old windbag who likes talking about his family, similar to what he did in "Mr. Chatterbox Loses His Voice" and Owl from Winnie the Pooh.

The quotes Mr. Grumpy telling him to get to the last line and Mr. Chatterbox ending it is based after Vic and George from the George Lopez episode "The Kidney Stays in the Picture" (I recommended it, as that was just hilarious)
