Praticing about signals

This is something I had to draw after watching this. [link]

Mr. Bump is teaching Mr. Muddle about how signals work by waving the color flags that represent them. Unfortunately, Mr. Muddle doesn't get that quite clear.

I was thinking of using Mr. Scatterbrain, but I thought Mr. Muddle fits more since he gets thinks wrong the opposite way.
