Yes, this is like what I did years ago, but it'll be on Paxton from Thomas.
Besides him being a diesel shunter, he reminds me of Mr. Nosy from "The Mr. Men Show" and Pinky from "Animaniacs".
Mr. Nosy for various reasons. They're green, they're curious about lots of things (and poking their noses on certain things), and they're voiced by the same actor, Steve Kynman.
Pinky, mostly because of their personalities.
So, that's how I can describe Paxton.

Steve Kynman and Rob Rackstraw shall definitely do voices for some Animaniacs characters when UK promos exist for the episodes. They’ll sound so spot on that they’ll make Rob, Jess or any US voice actor from Animaniacs proud!
