Here's a new OC I came up months ago after watching "Topped Off Thomas".
[link]Mr. Wind is a cloud shape Mr. Men in Dillydale. He can basically blow air and can make wind, which it can be strong or weak. He can also fly due to his ability to have powers to control air. His favorite seasons are summer, autumn, and winter because he can use his powers most of the time.
He's sometimes mischievous, but still friendly to others. He is good friends with Mr. Zap, Mr. Rush, and Miss Daredevil. He often likes to race other people like Mr. Rush and Miss Daredevil since they like going fast.
He has the same bodyshape like Mr. Daydream, but he has a white/light gray color instead.
He is based on the Thomas & Friends episode "Topped Off Thomas" where Thomas said "I can go faster than you, Mr. Wind!".
