Mr. 'Stingy' Mean

Here's another design I did and it's Mr. Mean, or Mr. stingy in the US.

He'll look the same, except he'll be in a slight dark shade of blue. He might have the same nose and eyes like Mr. Stubborn, and have the same necktie like Mr. Nosy. He might be around the same height between Mr. Fussy and Mr. Strong.

I used some ideas of Mr. Mean's design from and 's design ideas.
