Here's another Mr. Men character I decided to draw.
Mr. Noisy is one of the loudest Mr. Men in the whole franchise. He has has big brown boots and is often has a bull horn.
In the 2008 show, he is voiced by Richard Epcar in the US, who is famous for doing anime English dub voice acting, and Rob Rackstraw in the UK.
This can be either his original or new design since they look practically the same.
