Mr. Clumsy - possible design

Here's another possible design and it's Mr. Clumsy.

He might look like his cousin, Mr. Fussy, but has messy hair, mustache, dirty and untied shoes, and his reading glasses are in a slanted angle. He'll also have a purple bow tie, but slanted.
