This is another Little Miss character and it's Little Miss Whoops.
Little Miss Whoops is one of the clumsiest people in Dillydale and she is Mr. Bumps' sister.
In the Show, she is voiced by Alicyn Packard in the US and Teresa Gallagher in the UK.
One thing I don't understand is that why is she hated nowadays, but not her book counterpart? Is it because she wears glasses, evil and cruel like SunKiss111 said, she has the monotone voice, is it that she's less cute than in the books?
