Little Miss Late

Here's another Little Miss design and it's Miss Late.

She'll look the same, except she's green and her hair's a little bit more yellow. She'll have a watch on her right arm. The joke with the watch is that it's either broken or it's an hour behind, and Miss Late relies on her watch, so that's why she's always late.
