Here's a character I really wanted to draw ever since 2004.
This is Jack from "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy".
He's a prankster and like's tickling people with a red feather.
He was voiced by Wayne Knight and Maurice LaMarche.
He's one of my favorite cartoon characters as a kid.
Oh, and I used MS Paint to do him.

I think it would be slightly better if he’s voiced by Mark Richard Hamill. Like he voice would sound like the Joker.
