Description
I feel bad this character didn't had a lot of artwork based on him, so I decided to give a shot.
Colonel Bleep was the main of his own show "Colonel Bleep" from 1957 and was one of the first color television shows at that time.
The show became an inspiration to George Lucas to make Darth Vader and cartoonist John Kricfalusi was inspired by this to make "Ren & Stimpy".
I first heard of this show when I had a Speed Racer VHS that had a bonus episode of the show. It was awesome!
Also, after watching "The Mr. Men Show", Mr. Messy looks kinda like him 'cause of his eyebrows.
You can spot the TARDIS in the background.

With him being on a Speed Racer tape you'd think that people would know, thats how I first heard of Bleep.
